| Abstract |
The 1990 Needs Survey Report to Congress provides the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's records data on the assessment of needed publicly owned wastewater treatment facilities in the United States and territories. The data includes cost estimates for wastewater treatment facilities and State supplied technical data. These data were used to produce the 1990 Needs Survey Report to Congress. |
