| Abstract |
This decision document revises the Record of Decision (ROD) signed on June 22, 1993, for the Rentokil, Inc. Site (Site), in Henrico County, Virginia. This ROD Amendment revises the remedy previously selected by deleting the requirement for treatment of 'hot spots' at the Site. The amended remedy includes: demolition of existing structures; removal of unlined pond; drum disposal; soil consolidation prior to capping; construction of multilayer cap, slurry wall, and dewatering system; sediment excavation and disposal; institutional controls; and ground water monitoring. |
