Abstract
This Handbook is one of six prepared for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Drinking Water by the Southwestern Ohio Regional Computer Center. It was developed as part of installation planning to aid in training DP personnel about the Model State Information System (MSIS). It is intended to be used both by instructors and participants during the state installation of MSIS. Volume VI, System Specifications, covers basic design criteria and policies that governed the detail design, programming, testing, and documentation of MSIS.
