| Abstract |
The document contains a generic speech for discretionary use by Office of Municipal Pollution Control (OMPC) personnel in making outreach presentations about the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA's) Small-Community Outreach and Education (SCORE) program. The speech's message is that outreach can help small communities comply with the Clean Water Act and reap the benefits of clean water. A short briefing package accompanies the text. The idea is to allow the user enough flexibility and discretion to choose material appropriate to his/her preferences and audiences. |
