| Abstract |
This is the second annual report of the Effluent Standards and Water Quality Information Advisory Committee (ES&WQIAC) to the Administrator of EPA. The first chapter of Part I of the report describes the legislative basis of the Committee, its structure, and a summary of its activities to March 1, 1975. Subsequent chapters provide an overview of the Committee's activities and results achieved. Many of ES&WQIAC's hearings and workshops were summarized in the Bureau of National Affairs Environmental Reporter and some of these have been included in this report. |
