| Abstract | The notice announces that EPA will shortly promulgate a final rule under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) requiring producers of 'intrastate' pesticide products to submit applications for full Federal registration no later than July 31, 1988, in order to continue legal sale and distribution. The notice sets out the background and regulatory basis for the requirement, summarizes the requirements and procedures for submitting an application, and describes the consequences of failure to response or to respond adequately. |
