Abstract
The report responds to general public comments. It provides EPA's response to public comments on groundwater pathway risk analysis. It also addresses revised high and analysis, Monte Carlo analysis, co-disposal, capping waste analysis results of toxicity characteristic levels, waste-specific comments, and other groundwater modelling issues. It discusses the non-groundwater pathway risk analysis, including eliminating wastes managed as hazardous, model modification regarding release and transport of soil to off-site receptor. The report examines public comments on analyses regarding leaching of oily waste and the potential for additive risks from multiple sources.
