Abstract |
Guam Power Authority and the U.S. Navy own and operate the nine power generating facilities on Guam. None of the powerplants on Guam have any control equipment for particulate or sulfur emission. All plants exceed Guam's emission rate regulation for existing sources and three plants have been responsible for SO2 episode levels. This report explores several options for meeting the SO2 emission limitation. (Portions of this document are not fully legible) |
