| Contents Notes | This Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) presents an addendum to the the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-approved Upper Columbia River (UCR) QAPP (SRC Inc. 2014). In 2015, EPA directed Teck American Incorporated (TAI) to conduct further study of UCR residential soils within and beyond the prior residential soil study boundary. This addendum addresses updates to the prior QAPP based on EPA's directive and related discussion between EPA and TAI. |
