The Colorado River Basin Water Quality Control Project operates under the interstate enforcement provisions of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act and is directed toward the accomplishment of the following objectives: A determination of the specific pollutants and their concentrations; and, a determination of methods for securing the best possible water quality for multiple water use. |
