Abstract

The report is Vol. VII of a series of 7 reports summarizing Illinois EPA's 1991 Illinois Volunteer Lake Monitoring Program (VLMP). It provides a summary of 1991 VLMP lakes in Southern Illinois a program overview, volunteer participation, and a ranking of lakes on a regional basis. Thirty-two volunteers recorded total depth, Secchi disc transparency, and field observations of 16 lakes in Southern Illinois between May and October, 1991.
