Standards of performance are being promulgated under Section III of the Clean Air Act to control volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions for new, modified, and reconstructed metal furniture manufacturing plants. This document contains a detailed summary of the public comments on the proposed standards (45 FR 79390), responses to these comments, and a summary of the changes to the proposed standards. |
