| Abstract |
This document provides the necessary guidance for development of regulations to limit emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC) from the coating operations of the large appliance industry. This guidance includes an emission limit which represents Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) for the large appliance industry, describes the industry, shows the methods by which VOC emissions can be reduced in this industry, and describes the monitoring and enforcement aspects. |
