| Abstract |
The economic impact was assessed for the following categories of industrial hydrocarbon emissions; surface coating (paper, fabrics, automobiles, metal furniture; and large appliances); solvent metal cleaning; petroleum refineries; bulk gasoline terminals; bulk gasoline plants; storage of petroleum liquids in fixed roof tanks; gasoline dispensing stations--Stage I; and use of cutback asphalt. Also assessed was the economic impact of imposing sulfur dioxide emissions limits representing RACT on fuel combustion sources. The scope of this project was to determine the costs and direct impact of control to achieve RACT limitations for these industrial categories in Kentucky. |
