| Abstract |
EPA met 63% of its commitments for all National Water Program measures in FY 2008. Twenty-two percent (22%) were not met and 15% did not have enough data available to assess progress or no reporting was expected for 2008. FY 2008 represented a slight decrease in the number of measures met from FY 2007 (66%). |
