| Abstract |
Fluorobenzene (greater than 99% active ingredient) was administered as a single oral dose by intragastric intubation to male rats. Under the conditions of this test the ALD was 11000 mg/kg of body weight. Clinical signs of toxicity were observed in lethally and non-lethally dosed animals. Death occurred within 2 days after dosing. This material is considered to have very low toxicity when administered as a single oral dose (i.e., ALD greater than 5000 mg/kg). |
