Included are the findings of the state nonpoint source assessments; state programs for addressing problems identified in the assessments; related activities of EPA, other federal agencies, and others; and achievements to date on controlling nonpoint source pollution. The report does not discuss implementation activities funded with Fiscal Year 1990 grants and thus may understate the current level of state nonpoint source control activities. |
