Abstract

Florida Power Corporation Proposes to construct and operate two 695 MW (Gross) capacity coal-fired electric generating plants at the existing Crystal River complex in northwest Citrus County, Florida. This EIS examines project alternatives, impacts and mitigative measures related to groundwater, air, surface water, ecological, and socioeconomic and cultural systems.
