| Abstract |
The document summarizes Rural Community Assistance Corporation's (RCAC) work under the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (USEPA) Demonstration Grant to assist the State of Arizona to develop a statewide outreach strategy. The strategy will provide help to small communities and rural unicorporated areas as they address their water and wastewater quality needs. Second, it documents the process for developing an outreach program as presented in the 1987 USEPA report: Developing an Outreach Program for Small Communities. It is inteded to provide a guide to help other states interested in developing and implementing a statewide outreach program for small communities within their state. |
