Abstract
The report estimates the costs, economic impacts, and benefits of the supplemental proposed rule applying Phase IV Land Disposal Restrictions (LDR) to metal-bearing hazardous wastes. It discusses nonferrous foundries, waste generation and management, current treatment standards and revised Universal Treatment Standards (UTS) for toxicity characteristic nonwastewaters. It also includes impact on small entities.
