| Abstract |
The Notice announces that the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA or Agency) has clustered the Quarternary Ammonium Compounds (Quats) into four (4) groups for the purpose of testing chemicals in order to build a data base that will support the continued registration of the entire family of quaternary ammonium compounds. |
