| Abstract | One hundred seventeen literature references in the area of freshwater sediments were abstracted and synthesized to produce a review of sediment-related research for the period November, 1975 through October, 1976. Research areas covered included sediment-water interchange, sampling and analytical methods, chemical and physical characterization, biological considerations and modeling. The number of citations was about double those reviewed for the previous year. |
