Abstract |
A National Emission Standard for the control of benzene emissions from ethylbenzene/styrene plants is being proposed under the authority of Section 112 of the Clean Air Act. The proposed standard would apply to both new and existing sources. This document contains background information and environmental and economic assessments of the regulatory alternatives considered in developing the proposed standard. |
