Abstract

This report examines a number of management issues pertinent to Section 3004 (5) and (6) of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976. The study looks at financial responsibility of hazardous waste management firms, continuity of operation at hazardous waste sites, contingency plan standards for the hazardous waste industry, and training and certification for hazardous waste management employees.
