| Abstract |
Revisions to the monitoring, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements associated with standards of performance for portland cement plants (40 CFR 60.60) were proposed in the Federal Register on September 10, 1985 (50 FR 36956). These requirements are being promulgated under the authority of Section 114 of the Clean Air Act. The document contains a summary of the comments on the proposed revisions to the standards, the Agency's response to the comments, and a summary of the changes to the revised standards since proposal. |
