Abstract
The 'Manual of Federal Geographic Data Products' describes over 150 Federal geographic data products that are national in scope and are commonly distributed to the public by 21 Federal agencies. Geographic data products include maps, computer-compatible (digital) data, aerial photography and multi-spectral imagery, and other geographically-referenced data sets. Data products are described in a standardized format and grouped by producing agency. The descriptions include information on the content of the product, available coverage, and ordering. A cross-reference is provided to help readers find products that contain information about different data categories.
