| Abstract |
One objective was to identify and examine the factors affecting participation in water resource planning, and especially the participation of voluntary and professional groups in the Davenport Center area of the Eastern Susquehanna River Basin. Four subsystems are identified in the planning process. Another objective was to determine relevant factors bearing upon water pollution control planning in a flowing stream watershed (Fall Creek) and a lake basin (Canadarago). Analysis is concerned with the development of variables related to pollution. (Author Modified Abstract) |
