| Abstract |
The guidance document is designed to clarify the statutory and regulatory requirements for MACT determinations as required by Section 112(g) of the Clean Air Act (the Act) as amended in 1990. It sets forth procedures for determining emission limitations based on maximum achievable control technology for major sources that construct, reconstruct or modify. The manual is divided into six chapters and a four section appendix. |
