| Abstract | The fact sheet provides guidance for planning and conducting five-year reviews. These include: initiation and termination of reviews; responsibilities and funding; content; and documenting results of reviews. The goal of this fact sheet is to help assure that reviews are implemented in a consistent manner nationally, with appropriate consideration of local concerns and widely varying site conditions. |
