| Abstract | The purpose of this study was to evaluate the embryo/fetal toxicity and teratogenic effects of a series of eleven compounds (C-180, C-181, C-182, C-236, C-253, C-254, C-255, C-256, C-257, C-258, and C-259) when administered by oral gavage to pregnant rats from Days 6 through 15 of gestation. Breeding began on May 11, 1982, and cesarean sections were completed on June 24, 1982. This report presents and discusses the methods and results from the study. |
