| Abstract |
This report outlines the Hazardous Waste On-Site Consultation Program (OSCP) at the Georgia Institute of Technology. The project was developed to assist small-quantity generators (SQG) in complying with the 1984 RCRA Amendments which lowers the exclusion level for SQGs from 1,000 kg/month to 100 kg/month. This report describes the concept of the national pilot project; the implementation procedures; and the results of the first year's effort, as well as plans for continued efforts. |
