| Abstract |
This Economic Analysis (EA) summarizes EPA's analysis of the estimated compliance costs and the economic impact that may be incurred by regulated entities within the construction and development (C&D) industry as a result of the proposed regulations. The EA describes the proposed regulatory options considered by EPA. Financial impacts to establishments in the C&D industry, potential impacts on consumers of C&D industry output, and market and other secondary impacts such as industry employment are also covered here. This EA also responds to requirements for small business analyses under the Regulatory Flexibility Act (RFA) as amended by the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act (SBREFA) and for cost-benefit analyses under Executive Order 12866 and the Unfunded Mandates Reform Act (UMRA). |
