| Abstract |
BLIS is a product of the RACT/BACT/LAER Clearninghouse (RBLC). EPA established the RACT/BACT/LAER Clearinghouse to assist state and local air pollution control personnel in making control technology determinations and in sharing technology information. This user's manual describes the purpose and function of BLIS. The basic purposes of the RACT/BACT/LAER Clearinghouse are: to provide state and local agencies with current control technology determinations; to summarize recent determinations for sources of similar size and nature; and to provide data on the specific emission limits imposed on existing, new, or modified sources across the country. |
