Abstract

This technical support document (TSD) provides a description of the data sources used in the calculation of regional and State emission budgets for sulfur dioxide (SO2) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) under the final Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) and EPAs proposal to include Delaware and New Jersey in the CAIR region. In addition, it describes in further detail the approaches used in State budget calculations, and the data used in each of these approaches.
