Abstract
The F0 generation parental animals completed the mating, gestational and lactational phase of the study and the last F0 female was sacrificed on February 5, 1990. Selected F1 parental animals are currently in their second week of the pre-breed dosing period. According to protocol, exposures of the F1 weanlings, selected as parents commenced on postnatal day 29 or the first Monday following weaning (postnatal day 28). The enclosed draft tables include previously presented summary tables for F0 pre-breed body weight, weight gain and food consumption as well as updated tables for clinical observations. Data for F0 reproductive parameters, gestational and lactational food consumption and F1 pup data have also been summarized. The data for the reproductive portion of the study indicate that study animals from all groups bred successfully and that an ample number of viable F1 pups were available for selection as the F1 parental study animals. There were no significant changes in body weight during gestation or lactation of F0 females; during lactation, food consumption was periodically reduced at 9000 ppm. F1 animals are scheduled to begin their mating period on April 9, 1990.
