| Abstract |
The Federal Water Pollution Control Act requires the states to submit basin-wide plans to EPA for managing water quality. Under Section 3(c) of the 1965 version of the Act, the State of Colorado has submitted a Water Quality Management Plan for the Blue River Basin in Colorado. EPA's approval of the plan is the subject of this environmental impact statement (EIS). |
