Abstract
The document presents the findings of a study of the concrete products industry for the purpose of providing guidance in determining best practicable control technology currently available, best available demonstrated control technology, and best available technology economically achievable. The effluent guidelines contained set forth the degree of effluent reduction attainable through the application of the technologies available to the industry.
