| Abstract |
This Record of Decision presents the selected No Further Action remedy for the Curcio Scrap Metal Site, in Saddle Brook, Bergen County, New Jersey. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), in conjunction with NJDEP, has determined that no further remedial action is necessary at the Curcio Scrap Metal Site. The removal of contaminated materials by the Potentially Responsible Parties (PRPs) in 1994 was successful in remediating the principal threats associated with the Site. |
