| Abstract |
This report and manual contains instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of a Hewlett-Packard 5700A Gas Chromatograph with electron capture detector (ECD) using a gas-phase stripper and injection system interfaced with an Aminco Bowman Spectrophotofluorometer detector (SPFD). Specific examples of usage and maintenance procedures as well as cautions are included. It is part of a contract to develop a method for the assay of benzo(a)pyrene directly from particulates. |
