Abstract
This Record of Decision (ROD) document presents the selected remedial action to reudce the risks posed by subsurface soil and gorundwater at Operable Unit 2 Spill Sites 2, 3, and 10 in the Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricants Area vicinity at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB). The selected remedy for sursurface soil and gorundwater at Spill Sites, 2, 3, and 10 in the Petroleum Oil and Lubricants (POL) Storage Area. Wildlife Refuge (NWR) Explosives/Munitions Manufacturing Areas (EMMA) Operable Unit (OU). The results of the Baseline Risk Assessment (BRA) concluded that conditions at Sites COC-1, COC-2, COC-5, COC-7, COC-8, COC-9, COC-10, COP-1, COP-2, COP-3, and Bunker 1-3 do not pose an unacceptable potential risk to human health and the environment.
