Abstract
This decision document presents the selected remedial action for Operable Unit One at the Peak Oil/Bay Drums Site in Brandon, Hillsborough County, Florida. The remedy selected by EPA for the Peak Oil/Bay Drums Site will be conducted in four separate operable units. Operable Unit One, which is addressed in this Record of Decision, will address the source the contamination which represents a principal threat at the Peak Oil Site through an in-situ treatment alternative which includes process technologies that will treat impacted soils, sediments and the ash pile.
