| Abstract | At the request of the Office of Solid Wastes (OSW), the SAB's Environmental Engineering Committee reviewed a draft Agency guidance for the establishment of Alternate Concentration Limits (ACL) for Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) facilities, and two case studies demonstrating applications of the guidance. The Committee identified only obvious technical errors or omissions which are explained in detail in the report. |
