Abstract |
A procedure is described for separating dissolved hexavalent chromium (Cr(+6)) from trivalent chromium (Cr(+3)) and the water sample matrix by coprecipitation of lead chromate with lead sulfate in acetic acid solution. Precision and accuracy data are presented for tap water and various wastewater effluents. |
