Contents Notes
"This document, Risk and Exposure Assessment for the Review of the Primary National Ambient Air Quality Standard for Sulfur Oxides (hereafter referred to as draft REA), describes the quantitative human exposure and risk characterization being conducted to inform the U.S.Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) current review of the primary (health-based) national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS) for sulfur oxides (SOx). This is a concise presentation of the methods, key results, observations, and related uncertainties associated with the quantitative analyses performed. The final REA will draw upon the final ISA and will reflect consideration of the Clean Air Scientific Advisory Committee’s (CASAC) advice and public comments on this draft REA."--Introduction, p. 1-1.
