Abstract
The document provides a description for the restructured and revised version of the Plume Visibility Model (PLUVUE II). The model was restructured in order to improve the user interface and computing requirements and revised to remove several errors in the original code. The objective of the PLUVUE II model is to calculate visual range reduction and atmospheric discoloration caused by plumes consisting of primary particles, nitrogen oxides, and sulfur oxides emitted by a single emission source.
