Abstract
OZIPM-4 is a model which allows the user to estimate the volatile organic compound (VOC) control requirement for a city in order to achieve the national ambient air quality standard for ozone. The manual outlines the inputs required to run OZIPM-4 and explains how to develop the needed variables.
