| Abstract |
The report provides an overview of alternative financing programs in twelve states. These programs were designed to provide financial assistance to local entities for the construction, enhancement, and rehabilitation of drinking water treatment facilities as well as other state infrastructure needs. Each state outline includes information on the development of the program, their specific objectives, criteria fur funding projects, and a description on how each program has been implemented. |
