Abstract |
The chapter provides a discussion of female and male reproductive toxicity, and developmental toxicity. The manifestations of developmental toxicity have been divided into three categories for convenience in assessing the data base with respect to an Ah-receptor mediated response. These categories include: death/growth/clinical signs, structural malformations, and functional alterations. |
