| Abstract |
This decision document presents the selected remedial action for Operable Unit 1 (OU1) at Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD), in Tobyhanna Pennsylvania. The response action for groundwater, Natural Attenuation/Long-Term Monitoring/Institutional Controls, will minimize the threat of migration of contaminants in groundwater. All soils in excess of soil cleanup levels developed for this site were excavated and transported offsite to a disposal facility. No further action, therefore, is required for soils. |
