Abstract | This is the second annual report on progress in implementing the Chesapeake Bay Living Resources Monitoring Plan (Governance Commitment Number 5 of the 1987 Chesapeake Bay Agreement, adopted July 1988). Highlights: Analytical efforts on juvenile finfish seining surveys; A workshop on zooplankton monitoring was held in September 1991; A Wetlands Monitoring Workshop has been scheduled for April 1992. It will evaluate the design and implementation of tidal and non-tidal wetlands mapping and monitoring; Maryland has implemented improved sampling and statistical design of its fall oyster survey. |
